就這樣被你征服! 切斷了所有退路! 我的心情是堅固! 我的決定是糊塗!

Definitely had this song ringing in my ears as I attempted green tea macarons for a third time tonight! I must say, I'm loving that silpat!! This batch wasn't nearly as hideous as my last and I'm actually quite impressed with six (6) of them (yes, only six, but better than none! That means I got twelve good-looking shells!). My hopes were quite deflated when I was piping them dudes. They didn't give me a good feeling at all! But I decided I must go on so I piped all the shells, half on parchment and half on my new silpat and left them to form the "skin" while I chatted with a still-working 細V at 3:00am. Baked them in two different batches and OMG, the first batch was disappointing. At the end of it all, at 5:00am, I got myself six presentable ones. I'm somewhat pleased! I am definitely sick of green tea flavoured now (especially from eating all them maca-wrongs!) and will conquer another flavour like passion fruit or cassis next time! And did I say FEET?? LOL~~
