Finally Done! Mmm Mmm Goodness!
完成啦!! It's sooo good... but I overdid it with the seasoning, so it's kinda salty =p
Finally done, after 1 hour of spice mixing, 17 hours of marinating, 7 hours of roasting, 0.5 hour of pulling it apart - yum!
