Crazy Weather

After a nice week and a half of nice, toasty, almost-warmer-than-HK, summery kind of weather, we're expecting to drop a whopping 20+C down to a high of only 3C (low -5C, feels like -10C) tomorrow. Crazy! Perfect recipe to get sick too. I hope 文生's co-workers don't get sick because as soon as they do, he catches something and then I'm screwed. Yup, unleash the selfish b***h in me! Muahahahaha! Actually, I'm just concerned for poor CLM who now has a really bad case of eczema. Poor dude! He's scratching his face like crazy so it doesn't help the situation at all. Don't want him to get sick too!

Week 12 already!

Hot Hot Hot!

Wah, March ja bor... my living room thermostat registered 30.5C! Melted Curtasee! Not that I'm complaining since I do not, I mean totally dislike, cold weather! But CLM will tell you otherwise... by screaming. Then again, I guess I don't really blame him. 30.5C is pretty uncomfortable without AC. So that means I have to be creative this week and find things to do and places to go, just to be away from my greenhouse of a living room.

Fan coils suck. Heat pumps rock.

Keeping Up

...and so I jinxed it! Sigh... CLM 做乜咁醒瞓?!? So much for sleeping longer intervals. That lasted all of two days. Sigh, better than nothing I guess.

Today was a really off day for CLM. First off, he learned how to scream at the top of his lungs. For some odd reason, his rem sleep is really disturbed, so he's constantly waking himself up like every five minutes (making me have to sit at the side of his crib just to pat him to back to sleep until he reaches deep sleep, otherwise he'd just start screaming and fully wakes up). To top things off, mom took a day off so I didn't even get to eat, let alone nap. POOPIE!!

I managed to enjoy most of the nice weather in the last few days but today was so foggy and gloomy! Just added to all the misery...sigh... On another (happier) note, I got to exchange three cases of size 1 diapers at Walmart since CLM outgrew them this week. Yes, exchanging diapers is a happy thing. *facepalm I'm... that... pathetic.

At least I'm up to date on P365. I'm actually surprised that I'm still on top of it. Although, I knew it was going to be CLM dominated, I'm enjoying scrapping the everyday photos. Something to keep me sane I guess.

Sick With a Cold

Finally the weather is looking promising! Not that I'm complaining about the mild winter we've had so far. Kinda makes me feel sucky putting on my snow tires this winter since I've probably benefit from them for all of 0.12 snow storms, lol~

With temperatures in the double digits last Wednesday (and all of this coming week, yay!), I went out of course with a lighter jacket. Well, then I caught a cold :( bringing me a dripping faucet that still hasn't totally gone away. CLM, on the other hand, is just pooping and peeing like normal :p I lie, he's been pooping more. Like three diaper blowouts kinda more. Once a day for the last three days. At least they all happened at about the same time each day so by yesterday, the blowout was totally at its minimum. Sheesh.

On the other hand (and I must knock on wood while saying this), CLM's been sleeping longer intervals at night. OMG, two full hours between feeds. GODSEND!! As crazy as this may sound, I'm actually really happy that I get to sleep longer than one-hour intervals.

Which means, I should really take advantage of it.......and sleep........like now.

Wired

Wakakaka~! What a week! CLM turned one month on Tuesday so we had his celebratory dinner on Sunday, followed by 紅雞蛋 and 燒肉 distribution on Monday, then one-month check up at the pediatrician's and a visit to my office on Tuesday (CLM got his 2nd hep b shot and didn't even flinch! Good Curtasee!), 客串 at the Alton Tower opening (ie I went to work, yes, with him) on Wednesday and Thursday, grocery shopping and steak dinner on Friday, car seat hunting on Saturday and finally more grocery shopping today! Whew!

Further to my wonderful caffeine (or lack thereof) experience at sbux on Tuesday, I've wired myself pretty much every day since: with bbt while 客串-ing the two days at Alton Tower, sbux again on Friday and Saturday, 凍檸茶 AND bbt again today... I figure it's the only way I can reward myself for doing these ungodly night feedings. Sigh~

With such a cold day ahead of us, I've decided to give myself a break by staying home tomorrow. Hopefully CLM will behave and not give me grief. The reason why we've been out every day this week is that I've noticed CLM seem to sleep better on those days...aiya, party animal in the making... *facepalm

Those cheeks are so chubby, I wanna bite them!
